Agriculture & Cooperative Digitisation
A living register for the cooperatives of the Ndop Plain.
Bright Mind Tech operates under BMT COOPBOD, the registered organization behind our work.
BMT Service Hub is our healthcare platform initiative. COOP-ALPHA is our separate agriculture and cooperative digitisation initiative under the same registered organization. COOP-ALPHA's project activity and figures do not represent healthcare customers or completed healthcare pilots.

Agriculture & Cooperative Digitisation
A LIVING REGISTER FOR THE NDOP PLAIN
COOP-ALPHA is developed by Bright Mind Tech Cooperative Society with Board of Directors (BMT COOPBOD). It brings farmer, plot, and harvest records into a shared, offline-first digital register for rice cooperatives in Ngoketunjia Division, North West Region, Cameroon.
WHY COOP-ALPHA EXISTS
Smallholder rice cooperatives still depend on hand-kept ledgers. Fragmented farmer records hinder capital flow and accountability. Weak traceability makes it difficult to follow rice from farm gate through milling to market. Poor coordination at aggregation points contributes to post-harvest losses, while incomplete records make outcomes harder for funding partners to verify.
ONE REGISTER, FOUR TIERS
Farmer: Digital identification, plot mapping, input requests, and activity logging.
Cooperative: Stock aggregation, input distribution, offline synchronisation, and governance.
Union / NOWERICA: Paddy aggregation, milling coordination, and quality verification.
Market and partners: Traceable distribution, buyer linkages, and outcome reporting to WFP and RVCDP.
ALREADY LIVE
The register currently contains 16 organisations, 380 registered farmers, 356 recorded farms, and 180.1 hectares tracked across the network.
Ecofarms Cooperative Farming Society — NDOCERIFU: 306 farmers; 128.8 hectares.
NEHOAFACOOP — NDOCERIFU: 72 farmers; 50.2 hectares.
BAMARIFFA — NDOCERIFU: 1 farmer; 1.0 hectare.
Mighang Mixed Farming CIG — MINADER: 1 farmer; 0.0 hectares recorded.
ONE REAL ENTRY
Farmer No. 002: Achatoh Sanderson Adzambu. Cooperative: Ecofarms Cooperative Farming Society. Farm size: 1.400 hectares. Status: Registered, fees paid.
NEXT MILESTONE
A 13-cooperative pilot training in offline data collection and synchronisation is scheduled for 18 October 2026, coordinated with RVCDP’s monitoring and evaluation objectives.

Our healthcare initiative: a pre-launch MVP
Bright Mind Tech (BMT) is developing BMT Service Hub for hospitals and clinics in Cameroon. Our core modules cover patient management, doctor management, appointment scheduling, authentication, notifications. Features shown on this website describe our product direction; availability and readiness should be confirmed with our team. Product outcomes and compliance depend on evaluation and the deployment context.
Our healthcare platform is in MVP development before launch, preparing for testing and validation. We are not reporting verified paying healthcare customers or completed healthcare pilots. Our next step is to establish pilot partnerships with hospitals and clinics before commercial rollout.
Our technical foundation uses microservices, AWS cloud infrastructure, containerization, and automated deployment capabilities.
